MMC-Pro Hard Surface Cleaner 5L

MMC-PRO is an ideal solution to treat and prevent mould, algae and grime on all hard surfaces. It is a broad-spectrum antibacterial disinfectant, algaecide and cationic detergent. 

Simply dilute and apply the product. Depending on weather, MMC-PRO starts working in just 2-4 days. It provides a slow cleaning action and prevents regrowth for the following weeks and months. 

This hard surface cleaner does not require any aggressive application methods which could be damaging, such as high-pressure water blasting or steam cleaning.  

MMC-PRO has been proven since 2008 with landscapers and turf managers reporting excellent results.

The active substance in MMC-PRO, helps to remove algae mould and other single celled organisms from hard surfaces, by disruption of the cell membrane. Preventing photosynthesis and other physiological processes, leading to visible results in 12-24 hours.

Once dry MMC-PRO adsorbs onto hard surfaces it creates a molecular film, which provides preventative action for a number of months.

MMC-PRO contains no bleach or acids, is not corrosive and is readily biodegradable to EC/OECD standards. It is approved for use with weed killers such as glyphosate and is very safe to use.

Instructions for Use

Where to Use:

MMC-PRO is an ideal product for cleaning all exterior hard surfaces including concrete, roofs, patios, wood, tennis courts, glass, plastic, and block paving. It can also be applied to delicate surfaces such as plaster, rendering, mortar and glass. 

Please note that if applied to loose surfaces such as gravel, the preventative action will be significantly reduced. 

When to Use:

• Apply at any time of year when algae is present on both porous and non-porous hard surfaces.
• For best results, apply on dry surfaces and allow for 5-6 hours prior to rainfall. This is to ensure that the chemical can absorb effectively.

How to Use:

• Brush off any heavy growth of surface detritus such as leaves which may prevent MMC-PRO contacting the surface affectively and evenly.
• Apply to dry surfaces only.
• Apply via low pressure hand held or knapsack sprayer
• Add half of the required water to the spray tank.
• Measure out and add the required amount of MMC-PRO to the spray tank.
• Add the remaining amount of water to the spray tank.
• Spray on the surface and leave to dry.
• Avoid contact with non-target organisms or plants.

Additional Information on MMC-PRO

MMC-PRO is approved under the Control Of Pesticides Regulations (COPR) 1986. This covers products which contain active substances that are not yet regulated under the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR). For use as directed.

MMC-PRO should be safely used and contact with plant life should be minimised. However, over-spray or minimal run-off onto grass, soil or hardy plants will not usually cause damage. If the run-off or over-spray is heavier, then simply saturate the area with fresh water.  

Ensure that animals, pets, and unprotected persons keep off the treated surfaces until the MMC-PRO is completely dry. This should normally take between 5-6 hours depending on weather conditions.
