Majestic Trees' Autumn Symposium Celebration

Majestic Trees' Autumn Symposium Celebration

ALS will be exhibiting at Majestic Trees' Grand Opening of their new Visitor Advice Centre and celebrating their 15 years in business on Tuesday 12th September. Our Sales Director, John Riggall, and our Technical Manager, Julia Lock, will be attending, so please visit our stand and say hello!

"Majestic Trees have been a long term customer and use solutions from our own brand Rubberloc range of tree ties and supports and specialist nutrition for trees, so we are delighted to support this prestigious event" according to John Riggall, ALS's Sales Director.

There are a number of high profile speakers presenting on the day, including Professor Nicola Spence the UK Chief Plant Health Officer, Peter Seabrook, MBE, who is a very active member of the industry as a gardening writer and columnist and serves on various committees and RHS trials, and Steve McCurdy, MD of Majestic Trees, and award-winning grower.

Majestic Trees are taking advantage of the special occasion to hold a number of panel discussions and debates on some of the most important issues that impact the future of this industry including one on the threats posed by Xylella -the latest disease that has the potential to destroy the UK nursery and landscape industry, and a debate on the profitability of this industry.

Attendees will get the opportunity to network in the garden area at the "informal social" from 5.15pm, and there are refreshments available throughout the day.

Registration is open from 8.30am where there will be refreshments and tours of the nursery. There is a complimentary lunch at 1.00pm (please note you must pre-register for this).
