đź’° Commission & Payments

We want you to succeed, and that starts with knowing exactly how you get rewarded.

Commission structure

  • Standard program offers 6% commission on every successful order
  • No cap – your earnings grow as much as your promotion does
  • Commissions are tracked automatically, so you’ll always know what you’ve earned

Cookie duration

  • Our tracking cookie lasts 30 days, meaning anyone who clicks your link within this time and makes a purchase earns you commission
  • If a customer clicks on your link, then later clicks another affiliate’s link and makes a purchase, the sale will apply to them and they will receive the commission.
  • Customers need to be using cookies for us to track purchases. If a customer doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can’t track them so can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.

Transparency & Support

  • You can see your clicks, conversions and earnings in your creator dashboard
  • If you have any questions, please contact the team at creators@amenity.co.uk

Important: Please update your payment method. If your payment detail is not specified, you will not be able to receive updates on commission payment. In addition, you can edit your profile and set up the notification options in Settings.

âś… Creator Guidelines: Do's & Don'ts

To help you succeed while protecting our brand, customers, and compliance obligations, we’ve put together some simple rules for promoting our products. Following these guidelines will help ensure your content performs well, remains compliant, and reflects the values of our brand.

Please ensure you have fully read and understood the Creator Program Terms & Conditions before promoting any products.

âś… DO:

  • Create original content featuring the product – Show real experiences, demonstrations, reviews, tutorials, projects or genuine results.
  • Be honest and authentic – Share your genuine experiences and opinions about the products you promote. Authentic content builds trust and performs best.
  • Disclose affiliate links clearly – Let your audience know when you may earn a commission from purchases made through your links. See more details in our Legal & Compliance section below.
  • Focus on helping your audience – Educate, solve problems, and highlight relevant product benefits rather than focusing solely on making a sale.
  • Use approved brand assets – Use logos, product images, videos, and other materials provided through our Media Gallery, when appropriate.
  • Follow applicable laws and platform policies – Ensure your content complies with advertising standards, consumer protection requirements and the policies of the platforms where you publish.
  • Make accurate product claims – Only make statements about products that are supported by official product information or your genuine experience using them.

❌ DO NOT:

  • Make false or exaggerated claims – Do not make misleading, unsubstantiated, or exaggerated claims about product performance, environmental benefits or expected results.
  • Spam links – Avoid posting links in forums, comment sections, unsolicited direct messages, or other inappropriate locations. A few well-placed links within high-quality content are far more effective than excessive link placement.
  • Misrepresent yourself or the brand – Do not impersonate Amenity Choice, its employees, contractors, representatives or suggest you are acting on behalf of the company.
  • Use prohibited traffic sources – Do not use bots, automated traffic, incentivised clicks, click farms or other artificial methods of generating engagement, clicks or sales.
  • Use paid advertising on our brand terms without permission – Do not bid on, or use our brand name, trademarks, product names or close variations in paid advertising unless you have received prior written approval.
  • Share expired or incorrect promotions – Always check the Media Gallery and Creator Guide to ensure promotions, offers and product information are current and correct.
  • Misuse marketing materials – Do not modify or misrepresent any promotional content, make unapproved product claims, or present marketing materials in a way that changes their meaning or creates misleading impressions.
  • Promote restricted or professional-use products without approval – Some products sold by Amenity Choice are restricted, regulated, hazardous, professional-use only, or business-use only. These products must not be promoted unless Amenity Choice has approved you to do so in writing.
  • Promote professional-use products to domestic users – Professional-use plant protection products, herbicides, pesticides, and other regulated chemicals must not be promoted to domestic or general consumer audiences, or in any way that conflicts with the product label, safety data sheet, statutory conditions of use, training requirements, operator protection requirements, or environmental restrictions.
  • Violate the Creator Program Terms & Conditions – Failure to comply with these guidelines or the program terms may result in commissions being withheld, suspension from the program or immediate termination.

đź’ˇ Content Inspiration

Creating authentic, useful content is one of the most effective ways to generate clicks, engagement, and sales through your affiliate links.

Content Formats That Typically Perform Well

  • Product demonstrations – Show the product in use in a real setting and explain its key benefits.
  • Garden or project showcases – Share planting, landscaping, or garden improvement projects where the product is used.
  • Before and after transformations – Highlight visible improvements in lawns, borders, beds, or outdoor spaces.
  • Problem → solution content – Show a common issue and how the product helps solve it.
  • Quick tips and tutorials – Share simple, practical gardening advice using the product where relevant.

Simple Content Structure

Most high-performing content follows a simple flow:

  1. Hook – Grab attention with a problem, question, or result.
  2. Identify the problem – Explain the issue or goal.
  3. Show the solution – Demonstrate the product in use.
  4. Result – Share the outcome or benefit.
  5. Include a call-to-action – Encourage viewers to learn more via your affiliate link.

Best Practices

  • Keep it authentic – Genuine experiences outperform overly promotional content.
  • Show real-world use – Demonstrate products in practical situations wherever possible.
  • Experiment with formats – Try videos, photos, project updates, tutorials, and stories to see what resonates with your audience.
  • Focus on benefits – Explain how the product helps rather than simply listing features.
  • Use captions or text overlays – Many watch videos without sound.

Content Ideas

Here are some simple, high-performing content ideas you can use for home garden audiences. These are designed to feel natural, relatable, and easy to film in real outdoor spaces:

  • “Before and after” garden improvements – e.g. a lawn patch repair, a planting bed transformation, or tidying up an overgrown corner.
  • “Come with me while I…” gardening clips – e.g. planting wildflower seeds, putting in new trees, edging a border, or improving soil.
  • Common gardening problems and fixes – e.g. poor soil, patchy lawns, weeds taking over, or plants not establishing properly.
  • Seasonal gardening content – e.g. “What I’m planting this spring”, “Preparing my garden for summer”, or “Autumn planting tips”.
  • Quick product demos in real gardens – show how you actually use the product outdoors, not in a staged setup.
  • Small wins in the garden – e.g. “This simple change made a big difference to my garden beds” or “How I improved this space in under an hour”.

Reminder Always ensure your content follows the Creator Program Guidelines and only features products you are authorised to promote. Focus on real, practical use in home garden settings rather than staged or overly commercial content.

🎯 Messaging & Positioning

To help your content connect with your audience and convert effectively, it’s important to communicate our brand and products clearly, consistently, and authentically.

1. Unique Selling Points (USPs)

When featuring products, focus on what makes them stand out, such as:

  • Quality and reliability – Built to perform in real garden and landscaping conditions
  • Ease of use – Simple, practical solutions that save time and effort
  • Value for money – Long-lasting results and cost-effective solutions

Don’t just list these points, show them in action through real use and examples.

2. Audience Positioning

Our products are used across both home and garden users and professional sectors, including landscapers, estates, contractors, and grounds teams.

As a creator, you should position your content based on the product and the audience it naturally fits. This may include:

  • Everyday garden improvement and home outdoor spaces
  • Landscaping and planting projects
  • Professional grounds maintenance and larger-scale applications

Always ensure your content reflects real, practical use cases relevant to the audience you are speaking to.

3. Tone & Voice

Keep your content natural, clear, and relatable:

  • Friendly and approachable – Speak like you’re helping someone solve a problem.
  • Honest and authentic – Focus on real experiences and opinions.
  • Helpful and informative – Educate rather than over-sell.
  • Inspiring and practical – Show what’s possible in real outdoor spaces.
  • Simple language – Avoid jargon where possible.

Tip: Think clear, useful advice tailored to real-world gardening or landscaping situations.

4. Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Overpromising or exaggerating results
  • Using overly technical language without explanation
  • Ignoring the real needs of the audience you are speaking to
  • Forgetting to include a clear call-to-action

📣 What to Promote

Focus your content on products and offers that are currently active and performing well. These are regularly updated in the Media Gallery and programme communications.

Prioritise:

  • Best-selling products featured in the Media Gallery
  • Any active promotions or seasonal offers
  • New product launches or timely gardening and landscaping needs

Always check the Media Gallery before posting to ensure your content reflects the most up-to-date products and offers.
