ALS are attending the South West Growers Show

ALS will be exhibiting at the South West Growers Show (SWGS) on Wednesday 4th October at the Matford Centre in Exeter.

You can visit the stand and meet our technical team, who will be happy to share their expertise on areas such as plant nutrition, mychorrizae, planting systems and other aspects of horticulture and sports turf.

This year, on its 44th anniversary, in addition to the usual commercial horticulture sector, the show is expanding to also include the amenity and landscape sectors, complementing the established nursery and plant introductions, and the suppliers of leading horticultural equipment and services.

The introduction of these new elements is being widely welcomed by the industry, particularly due to the lack of dedicated amenity and landscape shows south of Birmingham. This extension to the SWGS is a logical move as many of the exhibitors have a custom base crossing into these new sectors, and the event organisers have already had positive feedback about the changes.

The show will also include all the traditional elements including new plant introductions and displays from some of the UK's most innovative growers, a full line-up of new kit and horticultural supplies from around the country, as well as on hand technical advice from the stands around the venue. There is also a full seminar programme, with speakers and topics to be announced soon, as well as an awards programme over three categories with winners announced on the day.

ALS have been supplying professional landscaping, horticulture and turf care products for over 25 years. Our portfolio features a range of specialist tree planting products, grass seed, fertiliser, weed control, tools and equipment, workwear and much more. We have developed a range of specialist products to help our customers achieve the best possible result in planting survival rates, tree protection, weed control and ground protection.

We will be available throughout the event to discuss our specialist own brand ranges including Rubberloc® Tree Ties and Supports, Mycological Mycorrhizal Fungi, Mycorrmax Compost and specialist Mankar Ultra-Low Volume Spraying Equipment.

It is a free event, so please register for your tickets.

We look forward to seeing you there!
