Definitions & Interpretation
In these conditions, the following words shall, where the text so admits, have the following meaning:
The Company – Amenity Land Solutions Limited
The Buyer – The organisation or individual from whom the order is received
The Goods – Goods or services supplied by the Company to the Customer
Delivery
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery of stocked items.
Carriage charges cover delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Charges may vary for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Isles.
Damaged Goods
The Buyer must advise the Company and the Carrier of such matters within 3 days of delivery by telephone followed in writing by email. The Company shall not be responsible in any way for non-delivery, shortages, partial loss or damage unless the buyer complies with this condition.
Return of Goods - No goods (other than goods which reach the customers in an unusable condition) may be returned without the prior written consent of The Company. Where The Company consents to such return, the goods must be received from the customer in good condition, and the customer agrees to pay an administrative handling charge of 20% of the invoice value of the goods returned. It is our normal practice to replace any merchandise, which might reach customers in an unusable condition. No handling charge will be made under these circumstances. It would help if goods, which are being returned to us for examination prior to replacement, are thoroughly cleaned and adequately packed before despatch.
