Our workshop is fully equipped for maintaining all types of equipment. From pedestrian mowers to the largest fairway mower we can service and repair them all, any make, from simple regrind to full overhaul.

We can carry out any regrind work on any cylinder. Spin grind, relief grind and lap in bottom blades all can be achieved with our Hunter fully automatic grinder. We can also carry out fabrication work, so if you have anything you need making or just simple repair welding we can cater to your needs.

From our base at Allscott we can cover a large area for call out too. Our fully trained team of engineers will be able to carry out any repair major or minor on site as and where possible and we can be on site with you within 24 hours of your call to us. For health and safety purposes we can offer a health check list for any machine serviced or repaired by ourselves and, in most cases, offer a certificate that can be put into health and safety records to say that all interlock switches are fully functioning etc.

In season service

To carry out minor service, change engine oil and filter and assess for any faults, bearings, bushes etc. and provide a quote for any such fault. £70.00 plus parts (filter and oil).

Extra charge for safety checks and certificate. £20.00

Winter overhaul

Fully pressure wash off, remove all cutting units, change all filters and oils where necessary. Assess for any faults in power unit, strip down cutting units, replace bottom blades and screws and lap in, grease all round and check all safety switches.
Utility triple - £450.00 plus parts
Greens triple - £475.00 plus parts
Fairway and 5 gang - £655.00 plus parts

Out front and mid mounted rotary

Service power unit, change oils and filters, check over power unit for any faults, remove cutting deck, sharpen or replace blades, full pressure wash off, check spindles for any wear in bearings, grease all round. £135.00 plus parts.

Compact tractor

Full service, change oils and filters and carry out evaluation on condition of machine on site. £100.00 plus parts.

In house at our premises to include full pressure wash off. £175.00 plus parts.

Pedestrian cylinder mowers

Full pressure wash off, change oil and spark plug, check or replace air filter, Regrind cylinder, regrind or replace bottom blade, reset height of cut to customer's recommendation, lubricate where required. £120.00 inc plug & oil.

Pedestrian rotary mower

Full pressure wash off including under hood, change engine oil and spark plug, inspect or replace air filter, sharpen or replace blade, check any drive belts to wheels. £65.00 inc plug & oil.
